Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were rather small and had a horrible smell, I had reserved and paid for them in advance, and they were cool and provided the comfort we needed after a hot evening outdoors. The service, despite some rude behavior during check-in, turned out to be quite helpful, with very clean rooms and comfortable beds. The location, although central, had its challenges like tables not being cleaned promptly at the breakfast area, but it was overall clean and within walking distance of restaurants. The dining experience had its mix of good and not-so-good moments, from a decent variety to a breakfast selection that left a bit to be desired.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were nice and comfortable, with the convenience of a 'Do Not Disturb' sign if needed. However, I would have appreciated having 2 chairs instead of just one. The cleanliness was not perfect, as I noticed a red spot on one of the bedspreads, and there was a lingering smell of smoke in the room.
The hotel was clean, neat, and in great condition with easy access to downtown and the interstate, but there was a sudden peculiar odor that appeared. The service was friendly and helpful but seemed slow, disorganized, and had a sarcastic fake smile. The location was excellent, close to expressways in and out of town and near everything around the city. The dining experience had a good selection but some items were not complete, like a broken waffle maker and limited choices. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
